Fudgy Coconut Flour Brownies

If you have a sweet-tooth that can only be satisfied with a rich chocolate treat, this recipe is for you!

Fudgy Coconut Flour Brownies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup minus 1 Tbs. coconut flour 
1/2 cup cocoa 
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbs. butter, melted 
3 eggs, at room temperature (egg substitutes will not work) 
1/2 cup water
2 tsp stevia (Sweetleaf powdered stevia)
1 tsp. vanilla extract, optional

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Grease a glass baking dish (8x8 or 9x9) with butter or coconut oil. 
Mix together all ingredients. 
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 
Cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting or removing from the pan. Enjoy!

Store in airtight container for 3-4 days.

*We think there are even tastier when they are cold, so feel free to keep these in the fridge.
