If you grew up loving pudding, or you are just a choc-o-holic, this sweet dessert is sure to satisfy!
Fat-Blasting Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1 Can Organic Full-Fat Coconut Milk
4 tablespoons Organic Chia Seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 teaspoon liquid stevia (add 1/2 teaspoon and taste, add more for increased sweetness)
2 tablespoons Organic Cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Flour (add more to increase thickness)
Instructions:
1. Soak chia seeds in coconut milk for 15-20 minutes.
2. Add cocoa, stevia, and vanilla. Blend with hand mixer or whisk.
3. Add coconut flour until desired consistency is reached.
Start with 1/2 tsp, blend, and go from there.
4. You can enjoy it right away or let it cool more in the fridge!
If your coconut milk was not already cold it will thicken a bit more in the fridge.
