Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Health
Let me give you two separate scenarios:
Scenario Number One:
* Patient goes to see a doctor. Patient tells doctor about all of the symptoms they're experiencing. Doctor prescribes medication for symptoms.
Scenario Number Two:
* Patient goes to see a doctor. Patient tells doctor about all of the symptoms they're experiencing. Doctor prescribes supplements for symptoms.
What's the difference between those two scenarios. The answer is nothing. Treating symptoms is treating symptoms regardless of the means to treat. Nowadays, most people are starting to understand that medication is a band-aid and the laundry list of side effects are almost always worse than the disease itself. Now, I'm not saying there isn't a need for medication in emergency situations or taking supplements to fill a void. The problem is the approach is all wrong.
Here's another scenario:
Patient goes to see a doctor. Patient tells doctor about all of the symptoms they're experiencing. The doctor takes a very detailed lifestyle health history. Based on the patient's history, doctor prescribes proper testing to isolate cause(s). Based on the test results and lifestyle heath history, the doctor coaches/educates the patient on causative factors, how to remove and gives them life-saving recommendations that they can apply for the rest of their life.
That's how you will get your health back. Find someone who can help you remove cause(s) and you'll be on your way back to health.
