Cinnamon Bun Bars
If you love classic cinnamon buns but want to enjoy them guilt free, you're going to love this recipe. Serving is 2 bars.
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup creamed coconut, cut into chunks
* 1/8 tsp cinnamon
* Icing Number One: 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil, 1 tablespoon almond butter (or you can double the coconut oil)
* Icing Number Two: 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil, OR almond butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
* Line a muffin pan with muffin liners
* Mix coconut cream and cinnamon. Place in pan/muffin pan.
* First Icing: In another bowl with a whisk, whisk the coconut oil and almond butter. Spread over the creamed coconut. Place bars in freezer for 5-10 minutes.
* Second Icing: Using whisk, mix icing together. Drizzle icing over the bars and freeze again or consume.
