Quick Crunchy "Cereal"

If you're looking for cereal that follows the ketogenic nutrition plan, this one is for you!
Serves 1
- 1/4 cup crushed raw, unsalted walnuts, almonds, pecans, or a mixture
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 handful fresh or dried berries
- 2/3 cup grass-fed whole milk or almond milk
Combine ingredients in bowl and enjoy
