Healthy Sports Drink

Looking to be better hydrated but want to avoid all the chemicals and preservatives that you get from traditional sports drinks?  Well, we have something you're going to love.  Check out this recipe for our healthy sports drink.
Regular sports drinks contain ingredients like:
Water, sucrose-syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid, natural grape flavor with other natural flavors, salt, sodium citrate, monopotassium phosphate, red 40, blue 1.
Thanks but no thanks.  Here's a healthy version for you!
Here are a couple options for the base (liquid): Makes 4 cups
*Herbal tea
*Green tea
*Coconut water 
*Plain water
To make it a "sports drink", you have to add these ingredients:
*Sea salt
*Calcium or magnesium
*Natural flavors like flavored Stevia or Swerve
Ingredients:
One quart of your liquid of choice
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon calcium magnesium powder
1 tablespoon of flavored Stevia or Swerve 
** Mix ingredient well and cool.
