Healing Bone Broth Recipe
Homemade bone broth is one of the most powerful superfoods in the world. It's loaded with vital minerals like calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium.
Ingredients:
- Use 100% grass fed beef bones or the carcass of any healthy, naturally raised animal.
- Pure H2O
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions:
- Place bones into a large crockpot or pot
- Use pure H2O and fill the water above the level of the bones
- Add 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- Set crockpot on low/medium and let cook for at least 6 hours. Chicken bones can cook for 24 hours and beef bones can cook up to 2 days. If you continue to add water to the cooking broth, you can cook for up to 5 days.
- You can season with pepper or sea salt to taste.
- When broth is done cooking, you can pour remaining, unconsumed broth in to safe containers and freeze for later consumption.
