Delicious chocolate cake to satisfy your sweet-tooth!
Healthy Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
One large egg
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter (raw is best)
2 tablespoons almond flour (you can substitute coconut flour)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tablespoons Swerve sweetener or erythritol
2 teaspoons coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
1) melt butter in bowl and add sweetener
2) add cocoa powder
3) add coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder and vanilla
4) add egg
5) mix ingredients
6) put in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
