Blueberry Blast Smoothie

A smoothie is a great option for a breakfast or any-time meal that you can whip up quickly.  This delicious blueberry smoothie delivers the good fats, protein, and anti-oxidants that your body craves!

Blueberry Smoothie

1/2 cup coconut milk
1 large handful berries
1/4 to 1/2 cup filtered water
1 scoop/serving grass-fed, cold-pressed whey protein

Optional: hemp seeds, flax seeds, coconut oil or avocado

Put all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency.
