Healthy Shamrock Shake

HEALTHY SHAMROCK SHAKE 
INGREDIENTS
1 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
1/2 cup ice
1/2 ripe avocado
1 handful organic raw spinach
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract 
1 large handful fresh mint leaves, to taste
1/2 tsp stevia
  • INSTRUCTIONS
    Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
